Shelter And Care

In a bid to ensure that OVC have stable shelter that is adequate, dry, and safe with at least one adult (age 18 or over) who provides consistent care, attention, and support, MF encourages family based approach in the upbringing of children so that children will grow enjoying the care, love and warmth of their parents despite their vulnerability status. Also, clothing materials are provided to vulnerable households as a way of achieving one of the OVC programming mandates.
